A simple page that users can register there with first name, last name, email and phone number (+accepting terms) After login they can see a page with this info: Your total point is *** (some numbers) Each 100 points is one month free he/she can see a list of registered refered users + the points he/she has earned. Also they can edit their profile expect their email. Now admin! Admin just can browse the users for chaning the contact info + delete users. Also can add points to those members who has their referal link registered in the system. I mean if the refered person has paid for his account admin can add points to the person who has interviewed the person. the refer link is like this: http://domain.com/ref?=email the page would be open is registering for referal system. - Also in user panel there's a section which allows him/her to send a message to 10 buddies with his/her refer link. Regardin this question: No payment options! Every thing is manually. Ofcourse there's no money in the system. Just points are give. When a member rich 100 points admin can deduct his points from his panel manually and charge the user account. (which charging the account is not in this system, just points...!)

For example think like this: We have 4 items for selling. ITEM1-> $10 ITEM2-> $30 ITEM3-> $50 ITEM4-> $90 When a member buy one of these items he can refer a person to buy one of those items. if he can refer any one that buy an item he can get some points like this: ITEM1-> 15 Points ITEM2-> 20 Points ITEM3-> 30 Points ITEM4-> 50 Points when hi reaches the 100 points we will give him ITEM1 for free. It's a whole story, but nothing needed to be automatically. Admin manage the users and add/deduct points. -- I don't need buying system or commision payment system for this script.
They will buy it from another website. I want this system just to keep the refered persoan. We will handle every thing by hand! I mean when they are sending 10 email to their friends to buy our product in another website, his friend if wants to buy our product will register in our next website and we have his email. in admin section we will search for this email which to find refered by who? for example we will see is referes by and bought ITEM2 , so we will add 20 points to in the system.

Also admin can check that the user has sent emails to whom.
