Reversing Payment PayPal

    Hello guys. I have paid to the seller 300 $ PP, but he has not sent me the goods, has passed 21 day, I can open dispute ?

    Yeap you can open dispute against him in paypal. Select 'Item not received' when you file a dispute against him. You can raise dispute in 45 days if you pay through paypal balance (not after that IMO). If you paid through credit card then you can open chargeback with your cc.

    Do you try to contact the seller by all mean phone/email address ?
    If yes,there something wrong with the seller.
    And yes you can open an dispute against the seller

    You may not get your money back if it is a virtual item. I just lost a paypal dispute (I was the buyer) and the seller would not return emails/IMs/phone calls...but claimed that he delivered item by email in the paypal dispute. Paypal found in his favor and he got to keep my hard earned money.

    Guess you gotta live and learn.
