    It will be a lot of coding to build this from scratch. If you could find an existing script however that can be used legally the costs can be reduced.

    As for now without a script to use as base it will be a lot of work to do it and I am not sure of any complications that will arise as I have experience on that field (UTF-8).

    I am expecting the costs will be arround 1000 USD, IF you provide the keyboard configurations for all languages you want to use.

    I don't want you to add all of these keyboard's languages.
    You can just simply add one language and add an option so that I can add all other languages by myself.
