Can someone explain the mp3 search engines?

    I wanted to addon a mp3 search engine to my blog. But I'm still in the dark about the legality of them. They say that the search engines are in no way intended for illegal downloads. But I'm still curious about how it all works and everything.

    Someone shed some light? :)

    Yeah I kind of knew that. I'm just wondering if im on the "edge" to illegal. Like I'm promoting it or something. What about users that are downloading from the mp3 search engine?

    You are fine as long as you do not have the files hosted and I would put a disclaimer sayiing its up to the user to download at their own risk
