OK, i have a blog up and running done a lot of postings on it added links for affiliates so now how do i advertise it and get traffic to it? I am using Blogger and find it quick and easy to use but now the hard part is to let people know its there!

URL structure, page titles, Meta description, headings, alt tags, title tags, sitemaps, and linking are all issues you should google and read up on how to improve them.
Alright, for starters you want to try blog commenting, blog carnivals, and forum marketing. These are the easiest things for newbies to do (much easier than SEO, trust me).
You could also try link exchanging with other popular blogs. That is, if they want to exchange with you.
