    I have said site, and can provide statistics for it, that show how the growth of the site has been. The site has been open for a little more than a month, and already has close to 300 Members, 160 of which are active, and close to 700 posts, with no promotion from me. My staff and I have been working on adding content, but we have other projects that require our time. The Member Base could be grown quite quickly with little trouble. I just haven't had time to promote it. The site makes about a dollar a day or so on adsense, depending on how many members come around, but it could easily be optimized to make way more.

    The Sale will include:
    1 Vbulletin Owned License(I will provide you the information to the members area and then transfer the license to you at the end of the 12 months)
    All of the Articles and Content that has been written or is in the process of being written
