Interface and Design. Excellent design and color combo. Color combo may be a putoff for some but looks pretty elegant to me. Easy and straightforward site. One thing though. The 'related links' and 'explore the websites' windows do not require the level of importance you gave them. Although it depends entirely upon your audience, try to move them to the footer and fill that place with something more important, like introduction which is at the bottom.
I wish I had your level of skill. Navigation looks fine. ease of use looks straight forward. for some reason I am getting a very big blank box at the top of the page where the contact is. I would find a more engaging logo I really like eyes looking out in some way brings the people in and engages them. looks like it will be very interesting reading when finished. Good luck with your mega project.

I think the layout is clean and clear, except for the banner at the top, where the words are slightly difficult to read against the background. (I do have bad vision though, so that may be my own issue) Very easy to navigate, which I find extremely appealing in a website. I find it very descriptive and informative, yet written in a way that almost everyone should have ease understanding. I think you did a really good job on it.
nice design, maybe if you add a little bit of inner shadow into the white borders, it will complete it
