Today it was hacked, here's the screenshot: http://i34.tinypic.com/2pplgsp.jpg
It's legit lol, I took it, now the website says "be right back".

I would never imagine a website like this getting hacked, honest, any thoughts?

Hehe, maybe he's implying that it was Drupal's team that hacked Joomla, lol, now that would be funny.

That's the problem isn't it? People got used to do it easy way but when things go wrong you have to get your hands dirty in the code again.

It's all about keeping the balance I guess, I do use Joomla for time-saving reasons (not just laziness :p) but I would like to change to other CMS, I just don't have time to search etc, and the ones recommended to me are either commercial or don't have as many features.

For all you saying "Why Would Anyone Do that?"
    Simply because they can.

It's a statement from the Hackers saying that if they can hack the official Joomla site, why wouldn't they be able to hack sites powered by Joomla?

    :)

WHY HACKERS ARE HACKING ??? Simple .. hacked victims search solution for their security from same hackers , because they can provide this security :) For sites they can hack . May be site owners are angry on them , but they can nothing to do with that , they buy hacker's service .
