Hi, at the moment i am working at a flower shop who sells flowers online. We take orders etc. I am incharge of getting link exchanges done and increase overall sales. Do you have any other ideas/ suggestions i can make to increase sales. We tried: Google adsense though not very good results. At the moment: Link exchanging - but its kinda becoming irritating and hard. regards

As far as I know, the "flower" business is extremely competitive. The 1-800 fl$wer$ guys are everywhere. Though I don't know your business model (I assume you are not an affiliate and have a front store), I would suggest to concentrate more on your local customers, here are some areas that would help you make your $$ - weddings - birthday parties - graduation - funeral You have to establish good business contacts with your local businesses. And for online promotion you don't need just "links". You need links on - dating sites - sites that sell gifts/chocolate
We are affiliate of a number of major flowersites. The main problem for this shop is that there are so many compeitors. regards
Thankyou for the interest. Your points are very good but i do not think they are useable in the flower business. A person buying / sending flowers will not come always to the same site but rather google the place the person needs the flowers to be sent. Example Send flowers to Kentucky or Send flowers to Montana regards
