Visa logo is necessary , Not visa electron. Currently 2 Indian banks debit cards are able to verify paypal. 1. UTI bank visa logo debit card. 2. SBI international mastercard logo debit card. CVV number are printed on back of your debit card where there is an electronic strip. It will be of 3 digit code. Hope it helps.
Sorry, unfortunately you can not verify your pp account with indian debit cards. Only CCs are allowed.
Wrong! Indian debit cards having visa or mastercard logo can verify paypal. UTI bank visa debit card and SBI international mastercard debit card can verify paypal. I did mine. You need to ask for Expuse number by calling customer care or easiest way - go to branch manager and ask him "offshore electronic transiction" statement. Enter codes and enjoy verified paypal. Those who didn't know these , please note it now.

there are many ways to verify your paypal. you can try to get a usa bank account or you can get a vcc or something of that sort.
