I can do more then 100 times. I am doing around 150 times daily. I am very much interested in exercise and I like be fit.
I f you can do any just lower the bar to about an inch above the chin and do calf raises or raise your chin up. You will be amazed with the numbers can achieve.
Lol... isn't that kind of... cheating? PUSH UPS I can definitely do... they taste good too. No but seriously. I can do push ups, but I've never been able to do pull ups. I've never really tried too hard though, to be honest.
