    Looks like you had fun. Photoshop is an awesome tool. :) About.com is a good start for tutorials. And don't forget to keep your basic design skills current; it makes all the difference.

    Looks like you were playing with the artist filters.

    I love playing with those, be careful Photoshop can be addicting.

    There are lot of good sites on the internet. just search "tutorials" you will get a lot of sites :)

    Can you suggest some specific URLs for good photoshop image adjustment tutorials apart from About.Com? I want to improve my photoshop designing skill.

    Good first attempt mate, try practising with dodge/burn, healing/clone - they work really well on photo manipulation and are extremely useful :)
