I wouldn't see why you couldn't put AdSense on that domain. Age of domains do not matter, it's more of the people on the website and the content your delivering.

You can't do that if the domain is banned from Google AdSense.

 

Do you have content on your site.. Probably the domain must have been banned from Adsense....

 

If their answer confused you.. perhaps you can share it with us and we can try and figure out what they were telling you.

Otherwise, there is no reason why you cannot put adsense on it unless there is something else you are doing that is against their TOS.

 

a lot of domains are dropped daily and if all these are barred from placing adsense even after content is developed, google will lose a lot of money.
