That 'and' I tore my rotator cuff when I was in football, never got it fixed. Certain movements 'hurt' pretty bad. I can do hammer grips for 16 w/o a problem, just nothing wide.
Depends on which way you are talking under bar or top of bar, under i can do more than 25 but i stop @ 25 over bar i can 20 max..
Your arms are used, many muscles are, more your back/lats though being worked. My arms are sitting at about 19 1/2" for my right arm when 'cold'
I can do about 30 regular then 20 wide grip... But I recently tore a lig in my shoulder, so I have no idea how many I can do right now?
Not exactly sure, guessing somewhere around 12-15% currently, maybe a bit less. Cut off a bunch of my weight from bulking, upper abs are showing, vascularity coming in nicely, the 'cage' as I call it 'the ab section' is starting to show, just the low abs not showing through. That has a lot to do with loose skin than fat though
Damn I surprised you bulked up with that problem. I wrestled in school and avoided any major injuries. As an adult though I injured my back and now that I do not hit the gym anymore, I can feel the pain. I need the gym bad but the closest one is 30 miles and a pain to get to.
