My 40,000 Posts In DP

Thank you for showing this thread here. see there are many replies from well reputed members even Getjimmy there. From the my point 1000, 5000 are 10000 posts are the turning points. I think it's not a spamming thing.
I don't know why are you saying it.

 

My point is that in BST irrelivant posts, posts of little value and posts which are purely used for running up the post count are infracted. General discussion seems to be overlooked.

 

I think it's sort of an achievement so why not get congratulations from others for getting somewhere?

I always mark the post simply by putting "Oh by the way, this is my [insert post count] post." at the end of the post.

 

I do that; thats acceptable

 

I don't know. maybe the higher the posts, the higher value they feel they are. maybe they can sell sig links if they have higher posts for more $$?? just a thought.

I think it's alright if it's 1,000 2,000 and so on. 100 and 500 are just BS. IMHO

 

It is spam, they deleted my 1337 post (that was the only thing I celebrated).

It shouldn't of been classified as spam, but hey I wanna see all the others get their posts deleted.

 

Even though 1337 is cool, its still spam.
