Well every time i try to download the free trial from adobe i get this infraction database erorr saying to contact adobe. i contacted them multiple times and they couldnt help me. so hopefully if im lucky some smart photoshop user will be able to help me here.

hey for some reason i cant find the folder options in the c drive tools... its the bolded part below.. Whenever you come across this problem just go to your C drive then in the upper horizontal bar click on Tools and select Folder Options.
