If the message is legitimate and sincere, then I can always forgive an erroneous English. But if it is a scam like those we got from Nigerian emails pleading our help to withdraw their billions of dormant money in banks, then just send it to the thrash can.
A good thing to do when you don't speak English is to go to a website that translates from your own language to English, and even though they are not 100% correct, they're understandable.

English is the hardest language to learn give the poor person a break its properly his/her second language.
