$100 Single Webpage Graphic Design

Looking for a single page design.

If you can code it I will pay $100 if you can not code it I will pay 75 as I will have to pay someone to code it.

The site is for a MLM company so the main focus of the site is making money.

The product is a social network for pet owners call it a my space for pet owners.

I am looking for a layout like this.

The site is targeting petowners so the header and footer should have a pet and money theme.

The footer needs to have a blank spot in the middle in which I can add dynamic text.

Can you change the dollar sign to a globe of the world. Can you also add some other kinds foreign currency to the header image.

Also can you change Pet Fan Biz to look like more like this
