even tho i do support col for what his trying to do, trying to help you lot, $25 isn't a lot, i'd be more worried about the 2k people lost, i'd admit, I've lost $200, but it's not the point.

    1) I don't have records of the wire transfers.
    2) I would not publish them here anyway.
    3) There should be a queue to be fair to who paid first.
    4) Someone needs to act as funds account manager.
    5) My sites are priced accurately. Wanna buy them?
    6) Don't know why I even bother posting here.

I have critisised Cheap seo services for his actions plenty myself, but when someone is trying to sort things out, posting useless comments to the thread is not helping anyone.

Cheapseoservices has agreed to my request that he gives a % of the sale of his sites to the people that got ripped off, and is looking at ways of doing this.

One thing that needs to be sorted is who will hold the funds to be divided. I have suggested that a mod on the forum, ideally someone whome people have the physical address of holds the funds.

Please refrain from stupid comments as some people have lost thousands of $, and are trying to sort it out.

i am not one of them, I am just trying to help. If you have usefull things to say, they please do, if not, stop wasting screen space.

maybe start a new thread asking for a mod that can hold the funds. I think posting here is futile, due to the number of people that seem to just read the first page, then comment, without reading the latest updates!

No mod is going to hold money for this mess.

I like the idea of making a list and giving money to each on the list then the next.

Do you not have a personal PayPal account you can use Colin? From memory the one that was cancelled was tied to your business account. Failing that, you can request a new account number at your bank easy enough and have a new PayPal account up and running within a week.

I think there is a lack of people coming forward offering to act as a go between as they don't want to take funds for a purchase and risk having it not delivered. Sure the refund can be issued if Colin doesn't deliver the site(s) as promised, but who wants to go through the trouble and having to explain this whole situation to the buyer prior.

I wonder why the need for a Pay Pal account, it is a pity that Colin no longer had a Pay Pal account, but it makes me wonder why he can't do the same as what he did for Kingofkings? Just do a WU to return the refunds to those he owe?

Yes, or he can lodge it directly to the bank accounts of those he took money from. No need for paypal at all. You can wire money to any bank in the work. You just need the name, account number, IBAN and Swift code. All very easy to get with just a simple phone call to your bank! Just pass them onto colin and he needn't use paypal at all. If you trust him with that info that is. Otherwise just use Western Union.

Isn't King Of Kings in Damascus, Syria?

    State Sponsors of Terrorism

Countries determined by the Secretary of State to have repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism are designated pursuant to three laws: section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act, section 40 of the Arms Export Control Act, and section 620A of the Foreign Assistance Act. Taken together, the four main categories of sanctions resulting from designation under these authorities include restrictions on U.S. foreign assistance; a ban on defense exports and sales; certain controls over exports of dual use items; and miscellaneous financial and other restrictions.

Designation under the above-referenced authorities also implicates other sanctions laws that penalize persons and countries engaging in certain trade with state sponsors. Currently there are five countries designated under these authorities: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

I'm interested in using your services for a website I'm about to launch in about 2 months, but in spanish.

Do you have any feedback or case study that I can check for your work in this language?

We won't be changing the title of the thread - it's a useful lesson to those 2 that they need to READ the thread before posting. Even on a $25 deal you need to do your due diligence and check things out. The greater the dollar value the more effort you need to put in, but just reading the last few pages would be a good start.

That's the problem, 95% of people on DP these days can't, and it's ruining it for the 5% of us that do.

Perhaps, but there are people who need to understand how the world works - and there are sharks everywhere. From big business in America (Enron) to the kid who sells you a paper on the streets of Luxor and switches it to last weeks before disappearing (and that's happened to me). You have to be sharp and while trust is important in the faceless world of internet business trust has to be earnt and not given blindly.
