have you considered Dutch based web hosts so far?

Most companies in Netherlands provide high connectivity and good service. EU companies charge differently for customer support, check it out first.

Other options that you have are highsecured and shinjiru. The first one is based in Panama and the second one is in Malaysia.

    Hope this helps!

Whta kind of web hosting services do you need -shared, vps, dedicated hosting. If you specify your requirements you will be able to get better advice.

to me, unmetered BW = as much as you can traffic within the speed limits on your connection.
for example, www.calpop.com gives you 3000 G which is the max you can download in a month on 10mbps
while others will give you 10 mbps and 1000g, after which you have to pay, or the bw gets to be 2mb etc.

I always thought it was u nlimted that didn't exist and unmetered does, as stated above unmetered is about the amount of traffic within the limits of your connection

actually unmetered is just what it reads, the actual host offers no restriction on the hd or bw quota, so they dont meter it, but they own restrictions wil apply ie: their tos , aups, etc..
