You may as long as your cpu and memory usages are not too high... The server is governed under Dutch law. So, if a complaint is received concerning any hosted warez content, it will have to be removed.
Can you tell me how long you've been hosting because i can only see that you've been online since 9th July 2008 which is just over a month?
