Less impressions on content network (Update of "got slapped again")

    Hi guys,

I recentlly posted "got slapped again".

I got slapped last month (min bid of $10), changed my domain and somehow got recovered (Quality Scores recovered too). Then, got slapped again. I changed my domain again and this time changed the campaign too. Again I got recovered with somehow even HIGHER QS.
    (Details)
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=967299

This is kind of an update of this but I thought it could slightly be a different topic so decided to make a new thread. (Sorry if it is not appropriate).

So, after I changed my domain second time and also made a new campaign, I got recovered again and got somehow higher QS for most key words. It's been 3-4 days and they are still good. I got some good quality clicks.

HOWEVER, I don't get a lot of impressions on the content network as before.
    I'd say, 1/10.

A funny thing is, it is NOT "no impressions". I still get some impressions and clicks from the content network. Just waaay less impressions.

(I haven't changed my keywords for each ad group. )

With my last campaign, it was almost instant(within an hour) after I added an ad group that I got many many impressions from the content network.

Is it because I changed my campaign?
Maybe campaign history of the content network is affecting this?

Are they somehow manually choosing the sites where my ad will be this time
because I got slapped? (But it doesn't make sense because I got a lot of impressions almost instantly with my second domain)

Any idea, thoughts about this would be very appreciated.

    Thanks.

You should turn off content bids! all content does is make really high impressions, and low clickthroughs.. which results in lower ad placements, and higher costs.. everntually slapping.

I can show you the fundamental steps on how to create a flawless Adwords campaign in my e-book. check it out here, its really cheap!

In fact you know what, pm me i wanna ask you some questions about your campaigns, i can definatly help you with this.

That's crap - turn off content? I'm making a lot of money from content - just make sure you separate it into a new campaign. Either way, your content clicks don't affect your search placement.

Go somewhere else with your worthless ebook.

    Oh man drummer, you're relentless!

You can run search and content, but for the love of sweet baby jesus, do it in seperate campaigns!

Your impressions are not back up to speed yet because content network campaigns take longer to get going full blast.

    :)

Not meaning to just side with drummer or anything, but just to be fair, his e-book for me, was not bad at all. (I'm trying it his strategy now). Maybe for someone who's been around knows what he says (I don't know) or if you spend a lot of time then maybe you can gather the information for free, I don't know. But for $10 and as a begginer Adwords user I am, yeah, I'm happy with it.

Dude, its not just me. I've seen plenty of people complaining about your attitude. There's nothing wrong with discretely promoting an ebook, but you seem to treat every thread as an oppurtunity to sell your ebook. It's not appreciated.
