    Why not learn how to do it yourself? XHTML isn't exactly brain surgery.
    If you can post a JPG of the PSD, we'll have some kind of idea of what you want.

    depends on the PSD in question, shoot it across to me and I will have a look and tell me if there are anything else you want put into it. And I will give you a quote.
