Is it ok to do weights just before you sleep and dirnk water after? or is this more likely to burn your muscles for energy?
As long as you consume enough protein, some quick acting and some slow release I wouldn't see why there is a true problem to it. Different parts of the day have been reported to have different benefits, however changing your routine, or getting in when you have the chance is better than not.
I'm seriously thinking about trying out anabolics for a change, I've been working out for around 3 months and I didn't see any changes at all and TBH im getting sick... Anyways I just wanted to ask if anyone tried them before and if they noticed any side effects
You've only been working out for 3 months and you're looking into doing anabolic steroids? #1 You haven't barely begun to workout #2 More than likely your workout routine needs huge improvement #3 More than likely your diet needs huge improvement #4 To go to anabolic steroids before you've even built a base is simply idiotic IMO I'll stop there.
It was a good year before I had decent mass, there's no way you can speed it. No matter how many times you go GNC and buy cell tech your not gonna be an over night beast so don't have that mind set. Keep training hard, eat the right clean calories and keep a solid protein/fat/carb macro. Bodybuilding takes persistence.
Oh come on, Grim! I was looking forward to #5! I can't wait to get back to the gym in September. I'll be able to go 3x/week now. Any suggestions as to how I should divide up the workouts?
I'm changing my workout myself, still undecided how to break it up. Dropped 20+ pounds, want to cut some more. Too bad I grilled today and ate a bunch!
Hell yeah. Once, I got a kilo of cashews. Ate one, and before I knew it, I had no kilos left lmfao. Clean source of fat though, so it's not all bad haha.

Yeah, they're nice but very high in fat and carbs. Can only eat them salted or something lol. Currently drinkign NO Shotgun v2. Sweet as hell, but other than Plasmajet one of the absolute best pre work out drinks going. Got some purple wrath in the fridge too.
Eat more calories than you burn, weight gainer protein powders are normally filled with junk calories. Go for a basic whey protein, maybe mixed with some other proteins such as casein, egg, even vegetable. Don't do too much cardio, cardio will ramp your metabolism up. Every person is different, therefore there is no magic method to gaining weight. It's more trial and error. Lift weights in the mid range reps to start......Maybe 6-10 reps per set.
