I spent the day churning over the net and pulling my hair out, in the end I stumbled on the widget idea, So simple to implement via rss, the theme is widget ready so I just found the settings where I could input the rss feed and it worked! Thanks again
hell, just use an rss feed widget, type in the external data source address of your forum, job done. 2 minutes max!
