Ain't there a way to set individual bids for each site under AdWords Content Network? Say I have an ad group that keeps triggering maps.com/maps/ and it's converting, but converting very low, so therefore I would like to decreas the bid on that site for that particular ad group?

I know there is a way to do it, but I can't remember how?

The best way to do this is to run a placement campaign rather then a keyword based one.
You can read more about it in the adwords help link

That's what I was thinking.. I went up the placement tab under the AdWords adgroup and tried adding a placement, but I don't see anywhere that it allows me to set individual bids. I know it can e done I just can't remember how to do it.

IF your doing placement, then you should be able to adjust the bid for each placement. (just click on edit placement and bids)

If its done on keyword, then you can always create one adgroup per keyword, but one keyword might trigger your ad showing on various sites, and you can not have a different CPC per site. Thats ways its better to go via the placement route, if you know if a certain sites is bringing you conversions.

    Very true...

Gotta use the content network to test though :).

exclude that site from your campaign. Then go back and create a new placement campaign for just that site.
