US sells weapons to you and a hell lot more countries, and in fact is the leader at it, Russia being 2nd. The world should not be mono polarized. Its a business for these two mighty powers + both pursuing their interests.

I don't believe Russians hate Pols, Ukrainians, Americans or Israeilis. It simply is not true.

 

Russia uses their pipelines as a way to influence surrounding states by threatening to cut the flow of oil to those states. Pipelines like the one that goes through Georgia is an alternative to Russian energy and that weakens Russian influence in the region as long as Russia doesn't control it.
