As we know that Dpdollar is the same wite who some weeks back made gghacker.com
I rember that some weeks back, there was a thread in legal issues, which was opened by the owner of tubeincreaser. The owner of gghacker have closed his site and now open a new site which is dpdollar and it is hosted in China. So I cant send him C&D letter to his hosting co. about the his illegal site.

i have observed that this guy, send mass PM to all DP members and includes the thread which is Hot right now, he is doing this again and this time, he is including my thread link, and for newbies it is difficult to understand this whole story.

I have an advice for the DP forums to avoid all this thing, is it possible that whenever any DP member sends a PM to other and have 0 posts and if his PM includes dpdollar, can be banned automatically? this way, it would help in avoiding this mass PM by the scammer-owner-of-dpdollar.

Thanks for such a best forum

I've gotten quite a few spam messages like that but basically it doesn't bother me to much. Only idiots will click the links and it doesn't bother me that some idiot is trying to get traffic by just scamming forums. How many, real, visitors do you think he has gotten from here?

And as useful as your suggestion sounds, this is vBullitin and I do not know of any way to do what you are requesting. Now someone else might as I'm not a god at vBullitin but I think ignoring the messages is your best bet.

Forward pm spam to a mod http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showgroups.php

And no pms for members with 0 posts has been discussed before and declined I beleive, they certainly wouldnt implement it just to keep out one member either.

Do a search on google for gghacker.

You will see that its a bunch of forums that he spams. Which means hes running some automated software.

Thats what got his site shutdown last time. But now the domain is overseas as same as the hosting.

Now if that name and address is correct then he can.

Me either. An individual like him can easily impersonate anyone literally.

All you can do is forward the spam to us. We're well aware of it.
