    The key is to submit your site monthly, that way it builds your links up l submit my sites to many every month, check the link below, l would suggest all webmasters submit their links at least once a month :)

    Ditto. Time is better spent just building links and content in order to improve your position.

    This is not a good idea. you should concentrate on getting links from relevent sites. quality content is also good for site to get high ranking.
