Yeah, but when you combine all the keywords ive aimed for..theres alot more Ie. xbox chat xbox 360 chat xbox discussions xbox forum xbox 360 forum/s xbox community to name a few
Because it goes like this. People see a forum and say " Oh, it is emtpy. Nothing to see and no reason to register." And he leaves. You have to get/force people to register, post, get it active and then people see a lot of content. SEO is not everything. Why do you think so many people on DP hire people to post in their forums.
Not too bothered about registrations as much as the traffic, I spose when the traffic rises, so will the registrations.
Did you check your rank (with other google engines) like google.ca google.in sometimes your rank changes and 100 searches a day is all of them combined
Theres a ton of keywords that people find my site on page 1 but the traffic is still very low.... Not just the ones ive listed..which inc COD4 glitches xbox live codes Xbox elite rainbow 6 vegas xbox 360 cheats xbox 360 glitches 48 hour gold membership etc etc, theres loads of um
Launching and maintaining the forums online has never been regarded as an easy task. You should work on the contents and add the useful posts people are searching for reading.
You've got my respect for building a very strong online presence. Congratulations!! My stats' gurus were willing to work an hour of the weekend for me (returning a few favors) to research your website. They found you rank very strongly in most of the right places. Especially when considering your website is not quite a year old. You have a formidable number of backlinks and a domain name that's very conservatively valued at just over $2,000. Your daily page views are about 550 or so. Nothing to be less than pleased with...except your concern about traffic. Naturally, you're aware this will continue to get stronger. My only suggestion, other than to keep working toward improvements, is to work the social sites more strongly. Your website is probably one of the best suited sites I've seen for benefiting from social networking. And there are a ton of them. You definitely know your way around software. Select a social networking software product you feel strongly about, and start building yourself some relationships in the networking websites. When it comes to forums, it's who you know that makes it easier to make a decision to register. As I was finishing this sentence, I though about Twitter. You definitely want to go there Hope this helps. Ciao, Doc Rich
You might consider posting in other gaming forums. Let their users know what you have over your competitors in terms of information and services.
start up forums is a pain in the a s s to get people to register and stay. I suggest have 5 of your closed friends spend a week talking like hell in there to get the topic flowing. then go to groups and invite a lot of time wasters to post too. these groups are normally found in social networking sites. only then after maybe a month with many topics will you see a slow rise of people signing up and joining
