You really need to choose a niche that suits you. For things to be easy to maintain it should be a niche that you already have some knowledge of. No one can actually do your niche research for you. We all have different back grounds
I personally appreciate sites that maintain up-to-date lists of directories and their stats. I.E, PR, paid/unpaid, speed, if it givces email spam, and other info. There's so much info on the web. I find great niches in ranking it and reviewing it for other people to find.
Niche based on Hi tech gadgets will be worth paying whereas the one on food and recipe will be a low paying one. Other high paying niches include finance and investments, insurance etc...

To discover a much written about niche that catches fire simply use Google Alerts. See how many updates are written and if you can target that particlular niche's keywords for traffic, you're in like Flint!!

Earning using Adsense Best niche to get peoples on adsense ads but the people who are inyour site are all know about adsense and they never gona click on the ads since they know that we are making money out of them. I have my own experience in it. Even thoug I run a blogging tips blog it's hard to get clicked on the ads. 5. Quick Food recipes you can expect good traffic for these kinds of niches but it must be free info. Because the people who search for recipes wants free info not an paid one. you can get some clicks on adsense, but you can't use any affiliate program because people hates to buy products like these. Any way good for adsense. Major traffic if you have nice recipies 3. Mobile Phone 4. Computer & Tech These are the are some valuabe and perfect niche for adsense, and Affiliate marketing. You can add chitica to your blogs to increase your ad revenue. So I vote for 3 & 4. But you just start a site for every niche either paid one or free one track the performance and improve the winner.
