Well, I think that practical use of mind mapping techniques can help you memorise things. I used mindmapping for my exams and it helped me a lot. Your brain remembers pictures more easily than words and facts. Also, supplement-wise Gingko is good like Kerosene said. I take tincture everyday.
Do exercises such as picturing things or play online games that involve this kind of stuff. This is something else other than anything mentioned above.
