is it true that high paying keywords exist? I and how much do you earn from the high paying keywords? I make some research that high paying keywords is dominated by Loans, Mortgage and finance. Is it a good choice to make a website/blog content related with loans, mortgage and finance?
i really don't belive it just all you need to earn .. domain + hosting + idea + be honest = you earn money no matter your keywords - no matter the meta tags and such things, just be honest and try to make an new idea

Yes it is. They exist, you bet. Also true my friend. Not really, instead try a low paying but alot of searched keyword.
Alot of it is just trial and error. It is always easier creating a site based on something you either know or enjoy. Can be hard going trying to research and write content on something that you don't understand or find boring.

Yes, there are high and low paying keywords. But the real thing that matters is the amount of traffic that your get as Traffic = $$$ You can make money with any keyword or Niche; you just need traffic.

Hi As per my knowledge the so-called high paying keyworeds are for adwords ie What you need to pay google for your ads to appear on the right hand side when when sombody types a keyword in the google search engine. The amount what google pays you depends on how much people bid on your site that too part of what Google recieve as revenue from those ads .Generally it is less for content network sites...
