TOS says must be 18 yrs old??? do you have a cj account? is it in parents name??Hmm to little to go on?
No, i dont have an account, i just saw it on the sign up page, and i am afraid that when i get sales,it will be all for nothing.
If you're not in the US, and/or aren't required to declare your SSN/Tax ID number to CJ, then you can probably get away with ticking the "I am 18" box. As long as you can deposit a cheque in your name, it should all be ok. That's all I'm going to say on this one --- Re computer hardware. Try newegg.com. Their percentages are pretty low, but they have lots of stock.
What are you talking about? A baby can have a savings account and cash a check. Most likely, it violates CJ's TOS so if they find out you are under 18, they can ban your account.
Computer hardware commission percentages are really bad. 1% on selling a $1000 Dell laptop would be only $10. Choose a better niche. Also, you must be 18 to join CJ (otherwise, your legally binding contract does not hold up). If CJ finds out, they can withhold all payments from you.
How to cash a check: 1. Go to your bank 2. Take a number 3. Wait... 4. Walk to the counter and say: "I wanna cash this check!". 5. Don't forget the money (put 'em in your pocket). You are silly if you can't follow these 5 steps...
I don't really promote products that give out 1 percent commission. It's not waste of time, but it's not the best use of our precious time.
Yes, they will only ban your account. And they pretty much don't care about your age if you live outside the US.
I am from EU and i started with CJ when i was 17 i think. When i got my first 1,000 euro check i just went to the bank gave me my cheque and after a few days when it was cleared (my bank got the money) they kept a fee and gave the rest to me. So i guess you will be ok if you are outside USA.
The terms that you agree to when you sign up state that you must be 18. The contract is a legally binding agreement.
