    It is a pity, I receive some reds with insults and vulgar words that are too vulgar to be posted here, or it will turn into an X-rated forum. Such members need to be taught a lesson, but the anonymous nature of the rep system prevents it.

    It all depends on what permissions that mods are given on each individual board. I cannot see who has repped you or the comments they have left. I can check the total number of rep points you have, but that is all I can see and I can not alter it in any way.

    Mainly because he's a phony ;), If he has as much rep as he says then it must say "user will become famous soon enough" but instead, its saying "user is on a distinguished road" which means he has less than 50 rep points :D:D

    Everyone knows that, modcp > Search user > Type in User > Edit Reputation > Then they can see the user, and the message in the rep.

    But they can't see if it is green or red rep.
