Can you point to some previous websites you made AND your name, so I can contact the owners of those websites about your services? I am interested but not for 50% cut. It would need to be lower than that, unless of course you will stay on and do SEO, linking and social sites postings as part of the revenue sharing arrangement...

OK English is my first language, im asking at this moment in time for half of nothing which is free. Its future income. I am taking the risk because if nothing comes of this I am losing out Ive bought the domain and hosted it and since designing websites is my profession the website itself is worth quite alot of money. I have only started one site like this, I have created other sites in the past but for companies. The site I started http://usmilitaryinfo.com with a person with the username Tim L on the forums PM him to ask how it is going. I am just waiting on the content and I am going to knock a few images together. Before any one starts, the website is probably a quarter complete it is not SEO friendly atm just waiting to finish it. And as for 50%, it is 50% of nothing atm the website may make nothing, you may decide you don't want anything to do with it theres quite a few things that could go wrong. Fair enough, however design people can be found cheaply everywhere and I do admit you are taking on a big risk of doing the initial work and then the project not panning out in the end. That is why you are asking for 50% cut. I get it. Better that doing pro-bono work for the first 10 sites to build up your portfolio. At least you hope some projects will pan out. Have you ever considered really aggressively screening the people you take on and offer a lower cut as a consequence of the bigger chance of the project like this panning out? I mean if you want to build the portfolio up, many more people would take on the offer if you had a lower cut. People with good ideas, business and execution plans will be passing up your offer, just because they don't want to split the money they know they'll be making. Just a thought. Best wishes...
You sound interested gzeus. If a person already has a base to start from like a domain or making an extra website for an additional domain, where they can bring their own traffic. Then we can negotiate. Or if the idea is to good to pass up then im sure that can be negotiated to. And I do screen people I make sure that they have their heart with the idea thats all I ask.
