What is your passion? Although people can give a suggestion, but it's still up to you to make all the thing happen. For me, you can get that amount of money if you know how to do a programming especially PHP. I make 4 figures income last month for a project that I have done in 2 weeks.

Become a household name on the forums and then start to slowly raise your price. There are other ways, such as hosting (but this requires an initial investment, and is by far a NOT-GET-RICH-QUICK scheme).
