    We have a customer wants to transfer domains registered from them before, and they refuse to work with her, to provide her Authorize Code. They ignore all her emails. Not sure about their hosting quality, but I would not work with that kind of vendor.

    Judging by what I have seen in just this thread, doesn't look like anyone had to dig for bad reviews. If it was this easy, I'd stay far away...
