I could be brave, and soldier on. Nice food, KingPin. The veal roast looks great - reminds me of one of my faves, a roast rack of Berkshire Pork, the first 8 ribs from the shoulder, with the blade excised - so it looks like a center cut, but eats like a shoulder/loin; brined in very light solution with garlic and herbs, 4 days, then roasted with rosemary, pretty simply. Nothing like rosemary, heat, and meat.
I love Tom Yum, sushi, spaghetti and Chinese food. But after all I always come back to Vietnamese food.
Thai food is my favourite for sure but I like all kinds of asian food so Indian and Chinese are favourites too.
It takes hours of daily work out to burn the italian food i permanently get stuffed with I think that's true for most of the cuisines that we've been talking about!
