    If I red or green rep someone in general chat, it will have effect. If someone weak tries it, it just leaves gray :)

    People should not feel obligated to rep you back when you leave them a rep. And you shouldn't be repping in order to get reps in return. :rolleyes: Actions like that negate the whole rep system.

    To be honest I'd sooner get them than the insults that I constantly get. Quite annoying how mods will ban someone instantly for insulting a member via PM or post, but not for reps, which is just as malicious.
