Is it Cuil Better then Google? Did Anybody Research about cuil?

Hi..

Most of them blogs, forums was disscussed about Cuil and its advantages. Is it really cuil better than google? Can Anybody research about cuil search engines?

 

Best research is to use it yourself.

I did a few searches and found the results more stupid than any other search engine that I have used.

 

lol i agree sachin, needs a lot of work, nice to see a diffeernt layout in the results, but it doesnt quite work, maybe if they work on it a bit more it will get better

Results are less relevant to what you searched, i've you search for "Free text messaging"
It'll show AIM and other useless stuff.

 

I would have to say that if they make their search results slightly more fine, and add images they will be set. (EX: Google Images)

I like their layout a lot more, and lets say they add something unique such as a video page where when you search for specific videos it comes up from different website all over the net, it will be incredible.

Currently I use it more then google, cuil is my personal favorite.

 

I still think that ask is the best search engines, althout I only use google lol

I don't like their layout.

I prefer a simple list of search results, not a limited page cluttered with pics and small paragraphs.

 

Grr. its sucks, Googles the king !

 

Results I have gotten with it have been absolutely horrible, needs quite a bit of work.

 

Cuil is a giant sack of crap.

 

It came in our newspaper hat this is the next generation search engine..its good, they hav spent 5 million $ on this site

 

Cuil design really sucks, why is it so dark, makes it look unprofessional and shady. Looks like it was designed by a 14 year old retard. The name is so lame as well, i wouldn't use it to search for something I really needed even if it was the only search engine available.

It's definitely not a COOL search engine, at least for time being

Cuil is far from Google quality results, but they will improve over time.

 

wow i like the way they display the search result but everyone has their own taste though so i like cuil search display but the main page should be another color that black background doesnt fit it! simple!

 

Google still rules the Web.... I tried Cuil once and closed that immediately... its good for nothing (as of now).... It may improve in the future... but at this point of time... Google Is the King.

 

they have long way to go to beat google...most of the search result are irrelevent
