need a simple script done quickly

I need a simple script that can limit the amount of views on a certain page. What it would do is allow a certain amount (changeable) to the first page. Then when the set limit is reached, then it would redirect to the next page for the set amount. This would go on until no more urls are listed. It would then just maybe start again or just keep sending to the last url listed?

Please pm me for more details if needed and price estimate. I have a redirect script set on random numbers that I can show you as an example. I just need something more advanced.
