Hiya DP's.. This is my site http://blogote.com I want a estimated price of this blog... I started blogging on blogote from May-June and the domain is almost 4 months old. Pageviews for this month is 8500... (for 7 days) and for previous month it was 16k+ average (this month itz going very good ) Revenue was concentrated from the beginning but now I have adsense placed from past 2 months.I make around 2$ daily (average).. Just wanted to know the price of the blog.. I might not sell it! May be I can sell it..All this depends on your replies... !! Check alexa ranking,pagerank or compare with any sites... After this,let me know your ideas and suggestions on the estimated price As usual all the replies will be highly appreciated
nice blog....well what are your price expectations based on your revenue you will not get a great deal for it.

i HIGHLY doubt you will get anywhere near $xxxx for the site. Its making around $2 a day after 2month..... Post your adsense stats and traffic stats here ......
LOL... i didnt ask people to purchase the site... Adsense makes me 2$ per day... I implemented a affiliate program and got 5$ from 1 day (PPJ ads! I wont be selling the site for 1$ or 99$... not even 50 cents!!! Don't think I am a fool to giveaway the blog with custom theme and hosting for some $$ Anyway thanks for the replies
Well you are posting in the site sales forum. There is a separate forum for appraisals. It is not worth more than $200, so think what you like, but you're not right. A custom wp theme isn't that expensive.
Generally a site is only worth it's profit times 6-18 months plus any tangible assets. You can spend a million dollars and countless hours creating a site but if it only makes $1 per day, it's not worth much. Your traffic is decent for a blog that's only a few months old and the theme looks good. If you wanted to value your site based on it's current earnings it would probably be worth $600-$700. If someone thinks they could monitize your traffic better than they may be willing to pay more. That's assuming that your traffic sources are good and organic.
Lets analyse it.. Custom wp is 100$ + hosting... Alexa ranking is under 200000 100+ unique articles... This month my pageviews have increased to 1000+ daily... Adsense income is increasing to ~2.5$ Blogote is 7 letter... Search engine traffic is 100-200 daily Can't I expect 200$ ??? In that case,we are left with two options.. Either you don't know the value of website or you want me to get bluffed :-D Anyway thanks for reply! BTW.. I thought this section would be better if the price of the blog was good... This won't happen next time! Excellent suggestions... Traffic sources are organic and I do rank for good Keywords ;-) Atleast someone told a valuable price (There are some frank ppl in dp ) Thanks for the reply!

Hes a very nice guy saw it as his duty to sign up and reply! Depending on the revenue id say $200 was a very generous offer. If it starts making good money on adsense the obviously the price will go up. EDIT : actually.. after reading your top 10 disposable email sites and finding out my site isn't on there the value has just dropped to around $0.20 -.-
lol, You’re in the wrong forum mate for this, and your site is only worth what people are will to pay for it! The same for every product/service out there. For example you may think its worth $1000, but if no one is will to pay over $300 for it, then it don't matter what you "personally" value it at, because you isn’t going to sell it. Your sites only 4 month old, custom WP I have purchased for under $40, hosting you can get for free, 7 letter domains... I have a 3 letter that won’t even sell for $10! The good points are $2.5 a day in AdSense, and the 100+ unique articles So when calum said it’s not worth more than $200, don't be rude and say he got his valuation wrong, because every valuation is different to the person that made it, to me your sites probably worth $80, as I have no use for a blog other than the traffic your getting.
ADsense revenue site goes for around 12 to 15 months of revenue. So if this sites revenue is $2 per day that means $60 permonth. SO $60x 12 = 720 , also this site is having other revenue so you can easily expect $800. Try Sitepoint. But to get these much , your site must be producing stable earnings for over 3 months atleast. All the best.
Based on the domain name, PR, Traffic, link popularity etc I think you may be able to get closer to $1000 or even more. In other words there may be those willing to pay you high, and you should put it up in the right place for auction. Like someone already said, it depends on what people are willing to pay, but I feel that if you have patience you will find someone who will offer a high price, as they see the potential of the site and flip it around, rather than basing on current revenue.

Just wanted to update that I am not going to sell the site as the blog has achieved 100,000 pageviews monthly (It's been 6 months now) And adsense income is 500$ per month ONLY ON THIS BLOG...
