If you are talking about the Virtual Bank Account, it is not available as yet. Like I said before, since you are located in the US now, there is really no reason why you need the Virtual Bank Account when you can get a physical account in the US and you can easily get a credit card or debit card for much less than what Payoneer would charge. The Payoneer solution would help those who are not residing in the US.

Payoneer virtual bank account is not available yet. Its in beta testing mode. And eddy is among the beta testers. So, there is nothing about offence here
Virtual Bank accounts are no good to people living in the US like you. It is cheaper and easier to get an actual bank account with a real bank. All you need to do is to walk into your bank and bring your ID and probably a copy to show that you have applied for US Citizenship as you have mentioned earlier. Which banks have you physically visited and what did they tell you ? From what I understand, as long as you visit the bank physically, arrived in the US legally, is not a criminal and do not have a bad credit history, they will allow you to open a bank account. You do not need a current or a checking account, a basic savings account would do. Wells Fargo or HSBC as far as I understand is quite receptive to allowing anyone open a bank account. My friends who were just visiting the US could open a bank account there easily so I do not why you cannot open one since you are already in the midst of waiting for your Citizenship approval. You need to be truthful here or else no one can really help you. In the end, you must be the one who approach the bank to open a bank account. To sign up for Payoneer.com Debit Mastercard, you need to sign up through an affiliate, you will see some listed on Payoneer website itself. The Payoneer Virtual Bank Account option is not available to the public yet and it is restrictive as it can only receive money via ACH and you will not have any withdrawal features apart from their Debit mastercard.

Then go to the same bank or another bank and open another bank account. I don't think that the US Banking system restrict you to opening 1 single bank account only or even 1 from the same bank. I seriously don't understand your problem.
can I use payoneer to get verified by PP? I am from India and Indian debit cards just aren't accepted in PP And it will take around 2 months before I get a Credit Card..
Yes if you have payoneer debit mastercard then , it can verify paypal , and you can get the expuse number of paypal by looking into your payoneer card online statement.
Yes, if you already have your Payoneer Master Debit Card, you can most definitely use it to verify your account since you are from India. You would have to make sure that you have money in your payoneer card.
