First off I like the domain. Memorable, pronounceable and content-related.
And the site itself...Love the layout and design too. Again, not sure about the yellow and the banner is too plain.
You could come up with some sort of cartoon-style logo-- i think that would work well.

Even if you ignore my comments and keep it how it is it's pretty fine though.

The site looks good but I agree with the previous posters I think the yellow should be removed.
You should consider adding some text to the page to let your visitors know what the site is about.

 

Stop and Laugh is a good domain name, and has any opportunities to get a well designed an themed logo, which it desperately needs.

You have the memorable name, now you need a memorable logo/banner.

 

Yup. Already ordered a new unique theme to be designed, a new mascot to be made, and hired a few youtubers to help me out with adding funny videos.

Total Cost of Site So Far : $65

Domain - $25
Theme - $40

I haven't paid for the mascot yet, and I didnt get the theme coded yet but I will as soon as its finished.
