Nancy, you got alot to do, the site is pretty empty, you can make graphics and logos with photoshop or you can use royalty free gfx and for the content you can try to google private label articles they are free or you can get them for some dollars. i hope thats some help for you good luck

So, try to get more sellers first. I always visit this site for any property search. It can be a great guidance for you in terms of navigation and services that you can offer.
Yea, it needs a lot of work still. Nothing about the current page tells me anything that it is about real estate. Needs pictures and content. You should at least be able to write some starter content yourself. Seems to early to ask for a review.

You have a lot of spelling mistakes. Since this is a real estate site, you should use the prime real estate on your page.. there is nothing in the upper left corner. Many sales gurus say that a real-estate person should have a photo of him or herself on their business card. You may want to carry that through to the web page.
