hey everyone. i now have 3 articles that went live today. im wondering when i should start seeing sales? im using clickbank and promoting a product, here are my stats Views:107 Articles Published:3 Url Clicks:27 so is there a average amount of views click where somebody decides to buy? thanks.
If someone could predict accurately how many clicks, articles published and page views are required for selling something, that person would be the next millionaire in town. There is not fixed rule and depends in many factors including but not limited to quality of both articles and distribution media, quality and niche your product belongs to, people motivation to get what you sell, and a long list of etc's.
thanks, but what i was aiming for was if someone was into article marketing like myself.. if they had made a sell how many url clicks did they have? and im in the muscle building niche.
Just keep pumping out articles they will come. In Article marketing its a good idea to just keep a steady flow of articles and see which ones are working the best.. Some articles will get more clicks than others and will stay at the top of the search engines for awhile, so the more the marrier I say..
I agree with auburnfan23, There really is no "how many articles" does it take to make a sale with clickbank. But you should definitely keep making at least 1 article per day, using different keywords, trying different formats in your author resource box and so on. Make sure your articles are useful and persuade the readers to want to learn more and click to your site If I had to guess, I would say that you should have at the very least 10-20 unique articles to start seeing sales, but do everything possible along with squidoos, hubs, blogs etc. Good luck!
If you get around a 3-5% conversion that is considered extremely good, so for every 100 clicks if you sell 3-5 orders you are doing ok. Just make sure you add the CB tracking code at the end of your link so you know where the sale came from.
Keep writing and publishing articles. "Waiting" for sales won't work - you must keep working and keep marketing.
in my personal experience I usually see an average response rate of 10% with a conversion rate of 2-3%...
You're spot on! Don't wait but keep moving. But you must keep track how your articles perform and find out why it works and repeat the process.
i dont think 3 articles will get you very far... i completed my 40'th or somthing article before i saw my first ever sale on clickbank.
Lol, yeah, but i completed 40 in like a week ( i had lots of spare time) so i wasnt waiting that long before my first sale lol.. Article marketing is where they all start lol...
