$75.00 Header Graphic Design

I am looking for a new look to my website.

So I am in need of a new header graphic.

Here are the requirements.

Keep graphic the same size as current.

image must include a logo design of:
Rob Franta's Success and Marketing

and include tag line of
Success depends on how you handle the situation.

Design shoud be fun but not to flashy work in current colors and page design.
The site is all about marketing and creating wealth and income online try to work that into the design but keeping things looking professional.

Graphic to de delivered in editable PSD file keeping all layers complete.

I like the colors and the desigh here. Im not big on the fonts you used. But still seems a little too simple. I am looking for something that relays the feeling of success. Mayby incorporate some subtle images of money or success oriented images but not too much. just a touch

 

Looks a little too busy from me. The font is too large and overpowering.

 

Neat design but does not realy a feeling of success.

i removed some elements from the right side and centered the font after making it smaller.
