By Mistake I clicked on an ad on my site (just one click). What should I do now?
Will google ban me? how long it takes to get banned for invalid click ?

If you have global visitors clicking your ads as well I think Google will forgive you if you don't do it again.

If it's an accidental click, you won't just get an instantaneous ban. However, you could also promptly email them and let them know what happened (if you want to) by contacting

Anyway, I wouldn't worry at all. Happened couple of times myself and since their algo can detect where the clicks come from based on your IP... they won't even credit a penny for the clicks.

You're fine for now, but if it happens a couple more times you're banned for life.
