Verify paypal using paypal's own vcc?

can this be done? i notice there is such plugin that allows US account holder to generate vcc using the balance money...

You can't add a PayPal VCC to your account because they do not allow it, simply that. It is a good measure to reduce people using VCC's falsely.

No, this is absolutely not possible

 

Paypal VCC or Paypal Plug-ins are offered to US customers only and I believe the option would only be opened to someone who has already gotten their account verified so there is no need to verify again.

Besides the Paypal VCC and the Paypal account is one and the same so it is not possible to use something to verify that same very thing as verification requires a 3rd party authentication.

 

I used vcc to verify my 1month old acount so far no problem encounter yet.

 

The keyword is "yet". I guarantee, once a problem arises in a certain few areas, you will have a problem.

 

I will advice you to keep ready all other documents like utility bill, I-card, bank statement etc.. You can fall in trouble any day.

 

Ideally VCC should not be used to remain safe from any kind of problem but even if you are using, then also be relaxed as there quite less chances of facing any kind of problem.
